We offer classes for all experience levels and in several different styles.

Available for Private sessions and Corporate trainings. We are also available to meet and discuss the appropriate class for you and/or your business (no charge).

FAQ's

What kind of yoga is practiced?

EBY's yoga is a unique blend of various Hatha disciplines. We like to think it is the best Northeast Wisconsin has to offer. Drawing positive aspects from several traditional styles of yoga to create a practice following within the teachings of Patanjali's 8 Limbed Path (Astanga Yoga). Combining the more physical, athletic practice of Ashtanga, with the emphasis of proper alignment and the correct usage of props from the Iyenger practice, the individualized attention given to each student and the importance of breathing technique from Viniyoga, and the linking together of postures from the Vinyasa "Power" Flow , which all combine to make Every Body's Yoga a practice suitable and beneficial for every body.

What do I wear?

Comfortable fitted clothing that allows freedom of movement without binding or restricting (jogging or gym wear, shorts, t-shirts). We practice in bare feet. Most people prefer to layer clothing; for example, so you may easily take off a long sleeved top or sweatshirt when warmed up, and then put back on for final relaxation. 

How do I prepare?

Avoid eating a full meal two hours prior to class. A light snack or fruit is ok. 

Is yoga a religion?

No. Over the ages, different forms of yoga have emerged to blend with particular philosophical and religious beliefs practiced by the people of those times and places.  Today, millions of people worldwide practice many diversified yoga styles that stem from a common ancient source. Yoga is a nonviolent way of life that encourages each individual to feel whole and to realize his or her inner potential.
